It was my first visit to Busan. I choosed Haeundae Grand Hotel visiting its site. Unfortunately there was not information about three (!) buildings under construction near the hotel. Rooms are comfortable. Buffet breakfast is very nice. Hotel is near beach but very far from Busan center.

My first stay at the hotel while on a business trip. Rooms is very big and clean. In front of the hotel is the beach. So its a very nice and great view. Down the street is all pubs and food stall. The hotel have a limo bus straight to the airport so is a plus for it. As we... More

My second stay here whilst on short business trips to Busan. begin so busy during my short time in Busan between meetings, lunches and dinners i have really not had a huge opportunity to do much other than enjoy a good nights sleep at the Haeundae Grand. We spent a weekend here in May 2014. The hotel has a perfect location by Haeundae beach and walking distance to all kinds of bars, restaurants and stores. The lobby was huge and the first thing we layed our eyes on when we came in was a Rolls Royce. Staff was very friendly and helpful, but a bit distant. The... More

First time and first night in South Korea. We were with a large group tour. Lobby was amazing. The beds were very hard and my husband and I had a room with two smaller beds instead of one. Breakfast at Tiffany's was amazing. Drinks at the bar were pricey. It was close to the beach and lots of local restaurants... More

I stayed in this hotel for 20 nights. When I travel with business I like to book a hotel with good exercising facilites. When I booked this hotel I was training for an Ironman competition and chose this hotel primarily based on the fact that they have an olympic size (50 meter) swimming pool in connection with the hotel. I have stopped a week in Busan on business and as the other hotels (Westin) were fully booked due to a conference we booked the Haeundae Grand. It is supposedly an upmarket 5* hotel catering for international guests on vacation or on business. 'Boy' have that got it wrong!!! The whole experience was very poor from start to finish and... The glass elevator going to our floor offers an outstanding view of the ocean, We entered our room and the view was even better. The service was impeccable as expected from a 5 star rated hotel. The breakfast buffet offered many choices of western and asian fare. The hotel is across the street from the beach and many local fresh... More

They don't offer wifi in the room and it feels like that they are living on the "stone era". Even if they charge for the service they should offer wifi. I don't really understand this policy. Not sure if their intention is to try to drag their guests as much away from their room as possible to save money, but... More

This is one of a few upmarket hotels in the Haeundae beach area which is very conveniently located. The rooms are clean and of a very good standard and the service likewise. The bar at the lobby is a nice location to relax in the evening with impeccable service and excellent live entertainment. However, the hotel services such as laundry,... More
