The hotel has beautiful campus, to be planned nicely and large, we've been here for two nights and felt happy about this hotel. Room was clean with fully equipped cab TV, fridge, wifi ... staff attentive service, good English skills. The hotel location is not in the heart of Busan but also very convenient to go everywhere.Around the hotel also... More

Good hotel spoilt by the fact that despite having a thermostat and air con in the room both are switched off in the winter. This means that you have no choice but to endure heat in your room or open a window and suffer the noise from outside. Several trips to reception could not resolve this despite the staff being... The hotel was clean and staff was wonderful, we loved the location too. We were here for three nights and the room never got cool, we set the a/c to about 18 degrees but it never got cooler then 24 (75 F). The carpet was stained (although not dirty), the decor very tired - definitely time for a remodel. The... More

Hotel outside apperance, and commom areas are very nice. Breakfast is outstand, with lots of choices, including fresh orange juice! The staff are magnific, the treatment that we receive from them is really perfect. The unique opsss is that the rooms are very old in terms of decoration, and there is no Wi-Fi, just connecting cables!

The hotel and room is good and the staff is friendly. They help me to direct to the nearest metro which would take around 10-15 minutes walk. There is also hypermarket at the metro station as well. A lot of small shops like 7-eleven, restaurant nearby which is convenient. In the day, you can also find seller selling strawberry and... More

room and service is average, location not at city center, 10 mins walk from metro station. Building connected to the hotel provides hot spring center. There is a discount for hotel guests to use the spa facility. Stayed in the traditional korean room style which is not very comfy to me.

The hotel is not in the best of locations. It is noisy at night and yet there is little interest in the area. The food is not bad but it is expensive. By far the biggest problem is the temperature control (or rather lack there of) in the rooms. The hotel shuts off the air conditioning system as a function... More

This hotel is fine if your staying in the hotel or close by. The room seemed outdated and did the bathroom, in need of renovation! Annoying bath/shower with a shower curtain that stuck to you! Not that it is the main issue! On check in the staff were rude and abrupt! Not friendly! Their saving grace was 1 helpful man... More

Be advised that there is NO SWIMMING POOL at this hotel, period. There is a spa with a "hot springs", whatever that is, across the street. It is not clear whether the spa is affiliated with the hotel or not, or how much it might cost to use these facilities. Very disappointing.

Situated in a night life lively area near the Busan National University, this hotel is the regular comfy place with basic facilities and infrastructure. Nothing special to love and nothing special to hate, just functional for the purpose of spending a night or two.
