Hotel rooms are non smoking room but you can still smell the cig smoke, can understand charging for drinks & stuffs but charging for bottle of water, come on guys are you serious ..hotel decor and ambience was good. Food I would rate 2.5 out 5. Good place to stay for a night or 2 as it's close by various... More

This is my 3rd or 4th stay in this hotel in last few years and I liked it. Place is unique in it's look from outside and inside. Exceptional decor. Room I found nice and clan. Looks outdated but that is just a matching style of entire hotel. Breakfast and dinner buffet is served in same location and it is... More

The hotel is unique and beautiful with Asian decor throughout. Loved the brass dragon door signs and the wooden window coverings. Pillows were very small. Carpet was in desperate need of being replaced. Air conditioning never cooled the room. Mixed review but overall wouldn't recommend.

When I stayed here in May, there was a group of us traveling on business and the staff person at the counter wasvery eficient in getting all of us checked in without much of delay. This was nice as we all had just arrived from international flights. There is a restaurant located in the hotel to the right of the... More

As remarked in the title...the only issue I have is that it's not that walkable from the train station to the hotel when you are carrying your luggage. And, there is no wi-fi in room, except for lobby...guess the hotel owner wants you to enjoy the traditional mood rather than engrossed with your wifi and instagram post.. LOL. Nonetheless, we... Impression was a heritage hotel that keeps the traditional structure. Facilities still have room for improvement. No wifi in the room except at the lobby area. Spa and jacuzzi requires to pay. Thought most of the hotels such facilities are part of the cost. They claim they have a swimming pool but signage is not clear where the pool is... More

First impressions were good as the place has real character but that is the best part. Old fashioned rooms with no in-room WIFI. We had to go to the lobby to get WIFI and there was limited seating there. Breakfast not included and we thought too expensive so we went out for meals. Location was OK but big uphill trek... More

Based on 2 separate stays each of over 1 week for business the hotel is comfortable, the rooms are small but adequate, a little dated decoration but modern flatscreen TV and entertainment system helps. Beds are quite hard but that is the norm for this part of the world. There is no free WIFI in the rooms, just cable that... More

Stayed here three times in 2013 with no major issues. Ornate and different exterior, inside spacious and well presented. Room was larger than expected for the region and bed was comfortable. Air Conditioning worked well thankfully. Check-in was quick and easy just required a copy of my passport. Check out even easier. Taxis readily available at front steps and needed... More

The Commodore hotel is around 15 to 20 minutes walk from Busan station (850m), however it is on a hill so is not easy to walk to with luggage. Taxi is cheap, $3000 won to the Train station, $$15000 -$20000 won to Shinsegae Dept. Store Centum City. Overall here is a summary: Pro: nice looking hotel from the outside and... More
