I stayed here for a night right after New Years. I was able to make a reservation online easily two days before and book a room for about $65 US. The receipt I got for my booking was different and I had to call to make sure the room was booked, but they were nice about confirming it. Once I... More

I think this is my first poor review ever so my standards aren't that high! But the riviera was not my idea of a nice place to stay. Good location as many have noted but it was old. It felt old, looked old and was old. The location was close to the beach, convenience stores, eating places in Haeundae and... More

This hotel is excellently located near Haeundae Beach - less than 5 minutes walk. Interestingly, its above a shopping mall and the hotel check-in/concierge desk is on the 9/F and all hotel rooms can be accessed from the ground floor (not good from a security standpoint as random strangers can take the elevator straight your hotel floor). As my review... More

Hotel is very conveniently located in Haeundae. Close to the acquarium, Metro station, restaurants and bars. Unfortunately the quality of the room lets them done. The hotel is in desperate need of renovation. The room looked very dated with powerpoints that would not work. During my stay I had an issue with the air conditioning, so I asked reception to... close to the beach, aquarium, friendly staff, I stayed there on a business trip where I had to go to BEXCO every day. this hotel is close to the subway and surrounded by many restaurants and markets. the food at the restaurant was not flattering though, internet connection went bad sometimes. but overall quite nice

The hotel is located together w/ a shopping mall. It is nearby the train station and metro, within 10 mins walk. You can see the hotel signal in the top of the mall which giving us a direction to there but the hotel entrance is a bit blind...........the easy way to there is go striaght on the road when you... The Riviera is a nice hotel in a great location. It seemed a little over-priced for your standard hard, Asian bed though it did have a balcony and the room was quite spacious. Fortunately, the balcony had screen doors so that we could leave them open all night since the air con was not working properly. We slept through 3... More

The hotel is located between Haeundae beach & subway station. It's within 5-minutes walk to either destination. There are restaurants, pubs, convenient stores & fast food outlets nearby the hotel and the supermarket is at basement of the hotel's building. However, the room furnishing is old & tired-looking. The interior setup looks like 80s design and furniture. The chairs' cushion... More

My wife and I stayed at the Hotel Riviera at Haeundae, Busan, South Korea from 23 June to 27 June and found it to be very conveniently located property easily accessible by public transport. Value for money as the rooms are spacious and well appointed. Service is overall fairly good. However, there is no lobby as such in the hotel... More

We stayed at the Riviera Hotel in late May. The hotel is located on top of a shopping centre. Level 9 is the lobby area and the rooms go up from there. Our room was on level 15 and the views were spectacular. The room was very large, at least for the two of us. The staff spoke English and... More
