Stayed one night visiting with family and as far as largish size boutique hotels go, this place is great. Paid $349 which is I thought was a deal. Comfy mattress, high quality sheets and amenities galore in room (tea, Nespresso style coffee bar in room, L'occitane products, etc.). The beach view is spectacular and we felt like we were floating... More

I'm used to luxury hotels - Windsor Court, Four Seasons, Fairmont, Intercontinental Hotel, Canadian Pacific, etc..., so I know a proper luxury hotel. This my friend is a proper luxury hotel. To be fair I was a little skeptical of the outward appearance and rather sparse lobby, but the room was excellent with a magnificent view. What really blew me... More

Cannot criticise my stay in anyway. Fantastic staff - polite, kind and very attentive - a real credit to the hotel for such a positive team. Rooms, views and facilities were first class - excellent range of food in the restaurants, quality spa and casino too. Only regret was that my stay was too short - definitely hope to return!

Well trained staff to display humbleness and politeness. Congratulation to the thoughtful HR . All odd number rooms are city of City view and Even numbers with excellent sea view. Well maintained beach is like a corridor of the Hotel Auto bidet toilets with warm seats are added comfort for guests The complimentary breakfast provided lot of baked items. However,... More

The room was very comfortable and well furnished. The beach looked very pretty, but in November it was too cold for laying on the beach. The breakfast buffet was good. Dinner choices were just OK. The staff of the hotel was very polite and helpful. It is a long way from the airport, but that can't be helped. I would... More

Even though I only gave Paradise Hotel four stars, this is my hotel of choice in Busan for its location, amenities, and especially the outdoor spa. I prefer it to the Westin (a little more dated, finishes not as high-end), Park Hyatt Busan (not as close to the action as Paradise), Commodore (much older, nothing within walking distance), and Lotte... We were there staying in a sea view room for 5 days, the view is stunning as the hotel is just next to the Haeundae beach. The room is spacious with well equipped bathroom and a separate toilet room, which is great for me. The hotel is positioned as a luxury hotel and I think they kind of achieve it.... More

i stayed in the room at the southeast corner on the 12th floor (I think it was 1228), with a very nice ocean view. The room is clean and everything seems to be right except for the pungent oder from the toilet area. Because it is a very brief overnight stay, for only a few hours of sleep, I did... More

This is a business hotel. The best is to be a man! No family, No holiday. The Rooms are quite big, with the and coffe complementary. Room service is very slowly, you could have a breakfast Just until 9.30 am! It is a really big hotel. Wifi connection is really bad, you have to login in every 5 minutes! I... More
