I have stayed at this hotel many times before but this visit I found the service a bit lacking and the condition of the rooms to be a bit worn. Staff in business lounge were excellent and attentive. Staff at front desk slightly indifferent.

We stayed at Paradise a few weeks ago and had a wonderful time. We stayed in the annex building (building with children's indoor play area). The room was very comfortable and service was great. The indoor children's play area is the nicest I have ever seen- My 22 month old did not want to leave. The hotel has easy access... More

I absolutely love this hotel! You have hundreds of reasons to choose to stay here: - Easily accessible; in the heart of Busan - Just in front of a beautiful beach - Outdoor hot spring (Onsen) facing the ocean - Warm outdoor swimming pool facing the ocean - Sauna - Stylish room design in the new wing - 24-hour casino... When traveling with a family in Asia, it's really important to figure out the sleeping ACCOMODATIONS. Hotel beds in Asia are typically smaller and therefore require you to get an extra room--an added expense. When we first checked into the hotel, they had us booked in the original part of the hotel. My husband and I were traveling with two... More

Stayed at the Paradise for 2 nights in a normal room in the new wing and was suitable for my mobility disabled wife as it had a large walk in shower, which was a must as most hotels have showers over the bath. The room was spacious compared to Asian standards, The toiletries were of a high standard and so... More

My family of five (2 parents, 3 teen/young adults) has just completed a stay at the Paradise Hotel for two nights. There is a main building and an annex, both of which are lovely, connected by a third floor walkway. We stayed in the annex and loved our chic modern rooms with cool tech features, like the switch that changes... More

The hotel is located right in the beach . We had a seaview new wing room. It's clean and modern. Room service food is no good so don't try unless you have to. The night we stayed, the beach was vibrant with many people strolling, busking and children playing in this huge sand dunes. There were sculptures of sad dunes... More

This would be a wonderful hotel, except for the very, very poor accessibility for blind and visually impaired persons. This problem extended from the facilities to the housekeeping and the service. The facilities in the lobby and common areas did not have the now-standard tactile paving, which one might understand because of concerns about marring the appearance of the marble... More

Flying in from Seoul and arriving at the Paradise Hotel in Busan was a treat. The hotel is right next to the beach and I was fortunate enough to have a room overlooking it. The room was smart, clean and comfortable. I only ate breakfast at the hotel, but the selection of food was superb. More importantly, the staff were... More
