Stayed at the Paradise for 2 nights in a normal room in the new wing and was suitable for my mobility disabled wife as it had a large walk in shower, which was a must as most hotels have showers over the bath. The room was spacious compared to Asian standards, The toiletries were of a high standard and so... More

My family of five (2 parents, 3 teen/young adults) has just completed a stay at the Paradise Hotel for two nights. There is a main building and an annex, both of which are lovely, connected by a third floor walkway. We stayed in the annex and loved our chic modern rooms with cool tech features, like the switch that changes... More

The hotel is located right in the beach . We had a seaview new wing room. It's clean and modern. Room service food is no good so don't try unless you have to. The night we stayed, the beach was vibrant with many people strolling, busking and children playing in this huge sand dunes. There were sculptures of sad dunes... More

This would be a wonderful hotel, except for the very, very poor accessibility for blind and visually impaired persons. This problem extended from the facilities to the housekeeping and the service. The facilities in the lobby and common areas did not have the now-standard tactile paving, which one might understand because of concerns about marring the appearance of the marble... More

Flying in from Seoul and arriving at the Paradise Hotel in Busan was a treat. The hotel is right next to the beach and I was fortunate enough to have a room overlooking it. The room was smart, clean and comfortable. I only ate breakfast at the hotel, but the selection of food was superb. More importantly, the staff were... More

This is a luxury hotel! We stayed in May 2015 in an oceanview room in the Annex (the newer part of the hotel). The room was spotless and cleaned daily. Every day you decline changing sheets, you get a small package of assorted nuts, which travel well as a snack on the go. Supermarkets are found within a few blocks... More

In a 5 star hotel that is also member of LHW what can go wrong? Nothing, the staff is perfect, and they make you feel unique and known. The room is nice, perfectly equipped (maybe I'd put a Nespresso coffee machine) the public areas are superbly designed and sufficiently big. The swimming pool is worm and nice with any type... More

I stayed at the Paradise Hotel Busan for 5 nights to attend a conference. The hotel consists of two buildings, a main building and an adjacent annex. Both are situated on the seafront on Busan's Heaundea beach. I was lodged in the annex but used the main building for breakfast each morning. The hotel is modern and maintained to a... More

Stayed at the Paradise for 8 nights for a business trip... Every bit of service is of a high standard, whether it's getting out of the car to having a snack in the executive lounge. Stayed in a exec ocean view room, and the 'ocean view' does not disappoint, with a birds-eye view of the whole beach... The hotel is... More

Rooms are nice and clean, and we took the one with a balcony and oceanic views. Really nice to sit in the balcony with a hot tea on a cooling day. Bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste and shaver, they charge a fee if you use theirs. Room service is pretty fast, other services are okay. Most taxi drivers knows this... More
