i stayed in the room at the southeast corner on the 12th floor (I think it was 1228), with a very nice ocean view. The room is clean and everything seems to be right except for the pungent oder from the toilet area. Because it is a very brief overnight stay, for only a few hours of sleep, I did... More

This is a business hotel. The best is to be a man! No family, No holiday. The Rooms are quite big, with the and coffe complementary. Room service is very slowly, you could have a breakfast Just until 9.30 am! It is a really big hotel. Wifi connection is really bad, you have to login in every 5 minutes! I... More

I've been travelling around the world for 8 years and I've never been so insulted for no reason whatsoever. Firstly, I was constantly laughed at randomly by the employees while they stated they didn't speak English. I didn't expect them to speak English. The worst part is that I do speak Korean and they repeatedly called me "a crazy foreigner"... More

We spent five days in the Paradise. Check-in and out was easy, staff were helpful, and the ocean view room was luxurious; the location excellent if you want the beach and New Town, which most folk do. The pool was great. Of course it is a bit up-market. The one problem was room service. The order was cold, no accoutrements... More

stayed here only for one night due to the high room rate ($375 for our sea view room). it was a nice break to spend some time in their pool and such, but probably not worth it when all is said and done. the hotel bar's prices were equally outlandish, so don't plan on having an after-dinner drink there. pros... We stayed in the new building called "Shin Guan" (they have two buildings and connected by a few different walk ways), and it was fabulous. Beach front, clean, great service, but pricy; however, it is worth it. It was definitely one of the best hotels I've ever experienced.

This hotel is fully 5 star. It has nice swimming pool with view to the ocean)) and nice spa zone. I liked to spent the time there. It was nice to drink a cup of beer direct in the pool. Lounge was also good - tasty food and good drinks)

I stayed at the hotel during Kormarine 2013 and had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is on the beach and the breakfast room on the top floor has a very nice view of the beach. The room was large and clean and had everything I needed for my stay. On the front left side of the hotel is a... More
