This was the most horrible stay at Novotel. The only pro part of this hotel is the location. The refrigerator was opened and there was a used towel inside when I entered to my room. “what a awesome location!!”

i can feel everything: beach, leisure,shopping, market,drinking,,,,, all crew are very kind , room condition is very nice but, there is very hard to enter to parking lot. if you want to ride your car, take care it!!

“Dated rooms but great location”

Rooms are out of date and in need of a renovation but clean. Service is impeccable and sea view from the room is just great! Location is among the best in Busan. Gym Swimmingpool and Sauna are all with Sea view, modern and clean.

“Right on the beach, fabulous staff and easy on the pocket”

Having lived in South Korea, then returning for a veyr brief visit, I was wary about staying in a "chain" hotel in a place that I wasn't familiar with. Be unafraid. This hotel was fabulous!!!!
