This is a nice hotel, close to Bexco conference center, Lotte shopping mall and the metro. You should not stay here beyond 3 or 4 day max. Same buffet breakfast everyday, only one coffee machine and very slow, 2 toasters also very slow, so the idea of a quick breakfast is not feasible. Staff at the breakfast room does not... More

Pros: Excellent location - you're a short walk away from the metro, shinsegae dept store (spa land!), and surrounded by a ton of food choices. Beach and bay101 are five mins drive. Twosome coffee, 24hrs convenience store and Paris baguette within hotel premises. Taxi drivers seem to know this place well. Hot water mixer works perfectly. Cons: Super hard bed!... More

It is great if you are on business with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Also right across the street from the COEX. Shower is troublesome,it was flooded daily and the bed is hard as a rock. ( I think it's the norm in Korea) room is very spacious with a couch and mini kitchen area and full sized fridge.... More

Besides the basic twin bed , bathroom . it provide a small living room and a dinner table. Also amazing have a kitchen counter. If you are attending for meeting in BEXO , the location of this hotel is perfect! For shopping is also fine. Need 5-10 minutes walk to lotte department store and Shinsegae department store. Coffee shop ,... More

A very perfect place for me.Right in the center.shops , malls to pick up anything extra you might need.without having bother for a taxi or walk a long distance.I prefer rooms to the east, better view for me.Enjoyed my short stay here. Its a really busy environment for those who may not like such, you may have to change your mind and just... Rock hard Beds and the shower drain is down the steps and across the room. Small but nice room with full kitchenette. This is the second of the 3 hotels I have stayed at in Korea to have the hard beds. Oddly enough while I was staying there I slept well and neither my back nor shoulder issues acted up.... More

Very good quality hotel, with pleasant staff, BUT I definitely expect to have more choice for breakfast in a hotel of this level: 3 weeks there, with EVERYDAY the exact same thing, AND what is worse, whenever I happened to miss the first breakfast hour, some dishes were simply empty and not refilled. The "choice" of bread was too limited... More

I checked in at midnight last night, coming in by train from Seoul. Given that I have been spending 100 nights or more in hotels each year, over 20 years, "record breakers" are rare. However, this place breaks not one, but two! Firstly, the worst designed bathroom I have ever seen. Who's mad handiwork is that?? Water doesn't simply run... More

If you reason for being in Busan is to attend an event in Busan Exhibition and Convention Center (BEXCO), this is the place to stay because it's only 5 minutes walking distance from BEXCO. The location is great, being near to many restaurants. Homeplue, Lotte Department Store, Shinshigae are also some of the places ideal for shopping. Our room has... More

The hotel is conveniently located for BEXCO (Busan Exhibition and Convention Center), just across the street in a modern city area. Large rooms with a small kitchenette. Very bad bathtub design, it is impossible to avoid flooding the bathroom floor when showing. The cafeteria with direct access from the lobby is a good deal for breakfast much cheaper than the...
