We stayed here overnight from Saturday to Sunday - 2 adults and 3 children (5, 3, &2). The check-in lady was very friendly and gave us the code for their free wireless internet connection (which seemed to be intermittant). I'm not sure what people are complaining about, but we've never had any problems at the Fairfield and have stayed there several times while visiting family in the area.
