Clean, well maintained property. Friendly staff, good breakfast. If you are looking for a reasonably priced, clean place to stay in Albany, look no further. This is an excellent choice.

We loved the Holiday Inn Express on Western Avenue. The room was super clean. Nice large TV, fridge AND microwave. Would stay there again and will recommend to all our friends.

I've stayed at this property twice. Rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast area is well supplied. Shame this hotel doesn't offer room service or have a restaurant for dinner! Wifi was hit and miss on the upper floors but worked well on the lower floors!
Would stay here again!

This new property is really very nice. Quiet excellent breakfast, has the first pancake making machine I've ever seen. Very friendly staff. Will definitely stay again.
