“Pleasant Surprise”

It has been quite some time since I've stayed at a Holiday Inn. I've preferred the Hilton, Marriott, Carlson, Choice Hotel families. This Holiday Inn Express had such a high level of service, pleasant surprises, and clean, comfortable accommodations. Little things make the difference. Pillows that are labeled "firm" or "soft," free high-speed internet, mouthwash, snacks offered at check-in, etc.... More

“Unexpected”

The friendliest front staff I've met. Very accommodating. Great breakfast included. After a full day of training came back for a swim. Pool spotless and warm. Surprised with a free dinner and dessert which is served Tuesday nights...soon to be a BBQ

Stayed here 2 nights while in Albany on a shopping trip with my daughters. I don't think i can find 1 negative thing to say, it was a great experience. “Typical Holiday Inn”

Great place to stay when visiting the Albany - New York! The staff was very pleasant and friendly.The counter under bathroom vanity had dust and under the guest room table vaccum not done.Got late checkout as Priority club member.

“Not the typical Holiday Inn Express”

We came late on Friday evening, No advance verifications. The man at the desk( name Jafar) was extremely friendly and helpful.We got a very good price and spend a very good night at the hotel.
