Had a wonderful weekend in Albany and was completely satisfied with our stay over at the Marriott Towne Place Suites. We stayed in a Studio suite that was comfortable and clean.The staff was friendly and I would definately recommend to any couple or family for any visit to the Albany area. more

The rooms are smaller than the other Marriott properties, but offer more flexibility. I got a two bedroom, and for the price, you just can't beat it. The breakfast has enough options for everyone. Great location for university, government, meeting or business travel. If driving, get good directions as the hotel can be tricky to find. I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past two years, as my daughter goes to SUNY Albany, which is right across the street.
