Decent rate, convenient to the Airport with free shuttle. But the stay was very disapppointing. Telephone didn't work, refrigerator didn't work, Internet didn't work and there was a bad smell in the room (like harsh cleaning chemicals). We had no control over the heat. It was set at 71 and we couldn't change it.

I had been to this property over ten years ago and it was very good then. Needing a place to stay and finding a special rate here, I decided to try it again. The rooms have been recently refurbished and look great, the room we had was super clean, quiet, and the heating/cooling unit was first class. Bed was very... More

I had contacted the head office of Red Roof Inn and dealt with the customer service department. I had informed them of the problems and forwarded photographs. It took some time and a few phone calls, but they refunded the full amount of the stay. I was also informed that the organization will be looking into their procedures and make... More

I needed to catch an early flight to Denver and with the shuttle being so convenient it was cheaper than long term parking at the airport. I was able to catch a van back to pick up my vehicle and the overall cost to include a nice tip was well worth it. The overhead lighting system provided by Red Roof... More

I found myself making a return visit to this property a week after my first visit, and realized what a difference employees male. After a pleasant nights stay after a late arriving flight from Orlando, I found my self unable to return to my room the following morning as I was preparing to load my stuff in my car. Within... We travel I-90 a lot and have stayed at about 8-10 of the Red Roof Inns along the way. This one used to be our favorite, and like all the RRI's, it is still clean, affordable, and easy if you have a small dog as we do. However, the last time the internet was out (and we weren't told till... More

Needed a place close to airport for just one night and didn't want to pay a fortune but wanted a clean room. Beds were average, pillows skinny. Huge safe was nice but would have traded it for a small frig/microwave and hairdryer. Office staff helpful and friendly. This place was exactly what I wanted: a clean comfy room for a... More

Had to go to Albany for business & needed to bring our dog, which is often difficult. This hotel has many perks for traveling with a pet: 1. It is clean AND there is no carpeting. I believe the flooring was some sort of laminate, which most importantly meant we could see it was clean & no fear of previous... More

Called this hotel after finding out the local Days Inn was terrible. I needed non-smoking, pet friendly and clean. They were so warm on the phone, told us to come right over and the accommodations were perfect. I never knew it is a 100% non-smoking hotel! They have coffee 24/7 in the office. They suite had a micro and fridge. The... More

This hotel was a good deal for the price that we paid to stay. This is not a fancy hotel; however, it was clean and we had everything we needed for a good nights stay. The beds were clean and soft. I make a habit of always checking behind the bed, and the mattress, etc. The bathroom could have been... More
