Property is NOT maintained. Sidewalks and property is not maintained during winter. I fell on icey walkways which were not maintained. Management does not care and there is no one to complain to. more

I booked this hotel via Orbitz. The price is the cheapest in Albany area. However, this hotel is not valueable for paying 65 dollars. The room inside is okay, but the lobby, stair way, hallway, and lobby are so scaring. Like something happen in horrible movie. The price is expensive compares to the quality. more

The hotel smelled, the toilet didn't work and they corporate office was not helpful when I complained. You're better off going to an hourly rate motel. more
