After unpacking completely in the first room the gave us, we noticed the A.C. in the bedroom had been torn apart. When we come to Albany we always stay at the Cresthill Suites. The full kitchen: oven, cooktop, fridge, microwave meant that we could do some major wedding reception cooking one year. Its clean and convenient. They had had problems with housekeeping, either no or very late maid service, in past years but that appears to have been cleared up too!... more
