Great staff at check in, the shuttle service and drivers were very helpful. Amenities need upgrading there is a lack of outlets in the room for chargers, plumming not always reliable, sheets, pillows are certainly sub par for a Hilton. Food was good in bothrestaurants with friendly and acomodating staff.

This is now a Hilton property. Nice downtown hotel, pleasant lounge with nice background music. Rates were reasonable. Seemed to be a problem getting me checked in even though I had a confirmed reservation. Food was good. Hiton preferred members get access to the Club Lounge.
