If you book this hotel on any website and get a confirmation number, it will NOT be honored. As we arrived to get into our room, I walked into the lobby and the smell was terrible. We noticed that the roof on most of the building was torn away and the back exterior of the lobby was also crumbling.
I waited while the person in line was told to come back later and his reservation was written down on a scrap piece of paper. I should have turned and walked out right then, but I had a reservation, so I didn't believe I would be handled in the same manner. I was SO wrong! I told the man behind the counter that I had a reservation and he said they have NO INTERNET or computer at all, so he didn't care. He offered me a room for $45 (including tax) which was all of $5 less than the amount I believed I had reserved online. He scribbled down my name and told me to come back later. We didn't. We went to a reputable hotel. This place needs to see a wrecking ball. It should not be associated... more
