Superior Hotel, right on beach on Sea of Galillee. Excellent rooms and views. Didn't try Spa, but facility appeared excellent. Beautiful pool and excellent dining. Boat trips available on Sea of Galillee. A bit far out from town, so you would need transportation to reach the commercial areas. However, very self contained.

Stayed for two nights with a group. Rooms were not very clean, and many are in need of renovation. The food was average, though the view was magnificent. The staff was not friendly. This hotel needs to be updated, and the staff members need to be trained to provide friendly service!

Old broken hairdryer. Lighting is florescent and old. Many people with our tour group had bathrooms needing repair. Restaurant workers are rude and turn their heads away when you ask them a question. Nice view of the Sea of Galilee. Disappointed that no hot water kettle provided. The rooms felt a bit old & need for renovation but they are clean. Free wifi in the room. Sometimes flies were spotted at the buffet spread during meals.
