We stayed here with a large tour group. Such a beautiful hotel, right on the Sea of Galilee! The only ok aspect was the food - it was good but nothing special. Other than that, it was a great hotel! Looking forward to go back.

We stayed here with a tour group when we visited this area. It was a pleasant hotel and the staff was very courteous. We had a patio that overlooked the Sea of Galilee, and that is a wonderful view. The rooms seemed a little tired, but not bad - older than what we are used to in the U.S., but... More

I will start with the rooms. The room is small for a family of two adults plus a child. The room smells musty and with a faint oder of cigarettes, even though the hotel itself is non smoking. The level of maintenance is poor. The shower handle broke off while using it. The place itself was dirty, with ants and... More

Just what I'd expect from a beach hotel. A low rise building with nice pool area. A large water park next to the property is free for guests. Good food and a nice outdoor BBQ buffet one night. It was clean by Israeli standards (not US) and fairly well maintained. The air conditioning was barely adequate with the addition of... More

We stayed here for three nights on a Company family vacation. Rooms are a bit drab, lacking in accessories usually supplied at hotels of similar rating (coffee and tea sachets in room, tissue, etc). Food was very mediocre, little variety, virtually no variation, uninteresting. Staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. Early Friday a.m., around 03:00, we were woken by the sounds... More

Do not stay here unless you are israeli. Leftovers for dinner 4 days in a row. Rude staff, bad service, rooms smell of stale smoke and mold. A front desk worker claimed he had never heard of the restaurant I asked about, yet I later saw him at the very same place. Bartenders do not know how to mix a... More

The rooms here seemed a little worn. It was a bit noisy in the halls in the evenings. I talked to several people in our group and they all said none of their hair dryers worked. That being said, The meals were excellent. We were with a group and ate all three of our evening meals on the patio overlooking... More

We stayed three nights here as part of a tour group. The group booking went smoothly, rooms were located near other members of our group. I will address the earlier comment about the available internet. During non-peak hours (before 4:00 pm and after about 11:00 pm) we had no trouble Skyping in our room. During peak hours, after everyone returns... More

Have stayed at this hotel twice in our travels to Israel, both times with groups of people. The hotel is a true resort on the shore of the Sea of Galilee. The rooms are spacious and the meals served in the restaurant are sumptuous. There is an indoor pool with assorted hot tubs and saunas to complement the outdoor pool... More

You're gonna love the sunrises and sunsets over the Sea of Galilee. Beautiful hotel for our tour with Inspiration Cruises and tours. The patio beside the Sea was restful for our dinners. Breakfast in the dinning halls was lovely looking out onto the sea of Galilee. Wi-Fi is slow here. May not be able to Skype with it. 4/2014. Rooms... More
