I recently traveled with Inspiration Tours on a 4 day stay,I booked two rooms. The rooms are outdated, the breakfast buffet and dinner is usually cold and the quality of the food is poor, more likely the same food all the time, and the customer service is standard,no value added to your stay. I strongly recommend you skip this hotel. I worked 8... More

This is a lovely property with beautiful views of the water and caters to family and groups. the rooms are spacious and well appointed. Meals are served buffet style and for first time visitors to the area offers a wide variety of selections. There is a pool and overall was a great introduction for a first time visitor to Israel.

We stayed at this hotel as we visited Nazareth, Mount Tabor, Capernaum, Mt. Carmel, and took a boat ride across the Sea of Galilee to the spot in the Jordan River where Jesus' is said to have been baptized by John the Baptist. Many Jews use the hotel as a vacation hotspot and it has all the amenities for such... More

I would definitely agree with all the previously written reviews. The common areas are nice, but the rooms are dated and in need of renovation. The food was pretty good, the desserts were pretty good. The biggest drawback was that no one in our group had hot water on the day of our departure.

if you look for a lot of water fun, and do not mind the noise , action, and children screaming all over the place , this resort is really fantastic!!! excellent water facilities in and out doors, and all in abundance: from water-slides, to many pools, and indoor excellent spa and gym facilities. all included with no extra costs -superb... ..but the time that we did spend there, we were content. The hotel is definitely dated, but the rooms were larger than we thought they would be and were clean. I can't comment on the TV or room amenities as we were only the to sleep (beds were comfortable enough); the bathroom was sufficient. The buffet breakfasts & dinners were... More

I've read a few of the contributions to Tripadvisor decribing this hotel, and think that I can explain the disparity between the people who give 5 stars and those who give 3 stars. The public areas ( lobby, dining room, outdoor area with gorgeous view of lake and distant Golan Heights) are brightly lit, well aired, immaculate and quite pretty.... More

I would have to say our experience was a cross between Traveller1561 and JB. Our room was not as bad as JB's but not good. BBQ night on patio was spectacular, we were also with a big group and arrived on a boat. Food was good, breakfast buffet had much to choose from. We did find the beach after 1/2... More

This hotel surprised us. When we arrived we ate outside under the stars overlooking the Sea of Galilee. Wow. The rooms had free wifi and were the cleanest we had during our two weeks of touring Israel and Jordan. The location is spectacular. The breakfast buffet was pretty good, but any inadequacies were made up by the beautiful sunrise view... More

We stayed here for 3 days with a tour group. Interestingly enough this was supposedly an upgrade due to complaints about Hotel Caesar's where we were supposed to stay. The lobby and grounds are lovely and well maintained. The pleasant atmosphere stops there. We got to our room and it hadn't been cleaned after the prior guests had checked out.... More
