My family of 5 escaped Jerusalem for a few day to visit the Holy sites in the North. We were recommended Casa Nova, and it did not disappoint. The service from the welcome we received until the day we left (stayed 2 nights) was excellent. Also, hotel was very clean and nice, bathrooms were small, but good water pressure and... More

When I waled in the door, I found that Everything was clean and very welcoming. The staff remembered my name which made me feel important and they were very helpful with all of my questions. Very kind staff are hard to come by and coupled with a great location for the city and the church, I enjoyed this place. Highly... More

Blessing Casa Nova and Tiberias! What a beautiful location and what a beautiful peace at this place. We were late because of waiting to meet a friend and had to take a taxi from Jerusalem Palatin (nice man, Michael and 50 shekel). Bus 962 from the Central Station cost 44 shekel each. The bus ride was great: two and a... More

I stayed here for a few days whilst on a pilgrimage to the Holy Land. I was nearly put-off by a friend who said that the accommodation is a bit basic. Well I decided to book anyway and had a wonderful stay. sure there is nothing fancy about the place but it has everything that a pilgrim needs. I had... More

The location is perfect to take day trips to the Golen, Nazareth, EńGev, etc. Very clean and extremely friendly, I loved staying at this beautiful Franciscan house. simple breakfast and no meals otherwise, but plenty of restaurants around and a kitchen is available on the 1st floor. Quiet, with a lovely church in the complex. parking is free -if you... More

While it is a little hidden, once you find CasaNova Tiberias, it is a great place to stay. It has wonderful views of the Galilee sea, easy access to restaurants, welcoming and spotlessly clean environment. We were impressed that the large guest kitchen offers free tea and coffee and the use of stove and refrigerator. We want to thank Maya... More

I have stayed at Casa Nova two times in May 2014 and I would love to go back! The service is very good - friendly and helpful. The place is clean and quiet and there is a beautiful view over the sea of Galilee from the balconies. The location is very good - close to the Lake, the City Center,... More

5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 13, 2014

The Casa Nova in Tiberias was a very nice place to stay. Simple accommodations (similar to a retreat house), but with the daily maid service and breakfast one would expect in a hotel. Bathroom (especially shower) is a bit cramped from an American perspective, but pretty standard with what you would find in Europe. Alessandro is very, very kind and... More

We were very glad to have stayed here 2 nights. The location is excellent. The rooms were clean with hot showers, and breakfast is included. This was helpful, as we've found food prices to be a bit high in Israel. But what really made our visit special was the kind service received from Alessandro, the young man at the front... More
