We were first given a room with a jacuzzi, but we asked to change rooms due to noise from outside. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful and changed our room immediately even though we had to downgrade a bit to a standard room. It's an ok hotel if you're just for the night, since nothing to do in the area of it (it's up on the hill and the city is downtown), gotta have a car to get around. I stayed in the suite which was very good, food wasn't that good. the pool is over the street and not in the hotel.... more

Stay clear of this one! Surly, unhelpful staff who deal with all problems with a shrug of their shoulders! Lousy food and service and poor accommodation. Spend a bit more and stay elsewhere. Ignore this review at your peril. more
