Wow, this hotel is not to be missed! Renovated from rubble, the owner/operator has rebuilt and decorated this former Turkish mansion with his own artwork and design. After a week in Jerusalem, we drove north to Safed and stayed in this absolutely beautiful hotel, set in a lovingly restored 14th century Mameluk era building.
