This is a hotel which is similar in standard to a "Travel Inn/Premier Lodge" in the UK. Worth 2*. The hotel has been refurbished. It was spotlessly clean; with basic but comfortable rooms. Lots of storage space, mini fridge, safe. Small towels and very basic bathroom.
