Brilliant if a little dated right on the beach close to town centre. See The Duke for any requirement tell him mr James sent you and you will get 50% discount on room upgrade. food is great, fresh, kosher, plentiful and cheap. Netanya beach is so safe. Explore the breakwater, watch the fisherman great. approx 20 mintues from tel aviv... More

This hotel is very central in town and has a wonderful view over the sea. The breakfast is good. The rooms are a bit small, but the service is good. You will have get a secure parking place next to the hotel if you come by car.

This hotel reminded me of a old beach hotel in the east coast of the US. Plain, slightly damp and outdated, the real beauty of this hotel is the location. We had a beach facing room and were able to watch the sunset each night. The hotel is right on the beach promenade so you can walk for miles in... More

The room was alright but the maid service made it a GREAT room. The room was alright but the view made it a GREAT room. The location is fantastic and to fall asleep with the true sounds of the waves from the sea (not a sleep machine) was great! The stores, shops and the beech were just a few steps... More

Excellent value for money- best location, clean and nice rooms. Rooms facing the sea have a breathtaking, million dollar view. Good variety of food for breakfast. The only con- the hotel reserves € 70.00 on your credit-card just in case, and releases it only a month after your stay in hotel. no-one mentions it to you beforehand. I found out... More

I would like to thank all staff of this wonderful hotel. They work truly professionally. All people on reception are well informed and do their job perfectly. Clean room and bathroom, plenty of closet space with built-in safe, pretty good sound isolation, tons of hangers for clothes and clean towels in nearly new condition. View on the sea from the... Netanya in my opinion, has a special charm that I haven't found anywhere else and The Residence is in the midst of it all. The sea is right out the windows. It's a short walk on the wonderful promenade to the beach elevator and so close to the main kikar(square) where everything you could need or want is right there.... More

This is an older hotel of 3 star quality, but the staff make up for any shortcomings in the physical facilities. The service was excellent throughout, cleanliness of the rooms was great and breakfast was fresh, varied and plentiful. For a hotel close to the town centre and ideally located for the lift to the beach, it is hard to... More

We arrived at the hotel at 18:00 with a confirmed reservation to be told that the hotel had run my credit card and it had been declined. They told us they had sent us many emails to try to contact us before giving our room away. They said that they were "worried" about us so they made us a reservation... More

Nice location with a short walk down a series of steps to the beach. This is our group's first stay here and I will add it to our favorites for the future. Rooms are large enough and comfortable. T.V. in rooms and nice balcony. Ask for a room facing the Med Sea as the sunsets are amazing. Rooms also have... More
