The Residence Hotel is a good budget choice overlooking the beach in Netanya, one of Israel's loveliest beaches. The hotel sits atop sandstone cliffs and is along a promenade that overlooks the beach. It is also a short walk to Independence Square, where most of the restaurants, shops, and activities are.
