The hotel room was very clean. It had a double size bed well, two singles pushed together another bed by the window, a fridge, a television and a new kettle. When I arrived the recepionist was very helpful. She said I was early but I could check in and the room was ready this was before 2.00pm. The room itself... more

The first room they tried giving us had a water leak, a very bad musty smell of mold and a burn hole in the bed sheets. Breakfest ends too early at 0930. Customer servive not friendly at all. Only persons friendly were the cleaning lady. Natayna is a beautiful city but all the hotels are old and run down. more
