This hotel is terrifying. The group I was with when I went here will not pay and are considering suing. When I entered my room someone else's underwear was in the room already (in a drawer but still). I also had someone else I was travelling with that found hairs in there bed. Also one of the other rooms booked... More

We recently stayed at the Blue Bay while on our Birthright trip through Israel and had the pleasure of staying twice during our 10 day adventure, once in the beginning and once at the end. The rooms were spacious and clean with balconies that overlooked the water. The staff was very friendly and let us sit outside and talk until... More

Don't go here. We were part of a tour group, guide said he will not bring any more groups here. Rooms are in very bad shape. Holes in floor, upholstery torn, very hard mattress, shower is part of wall to where beds are. Shower did not seal. Pool was closed. Food was not very good. The positives was a nice... More

Nope, don't take it if you have other option. Not that it is THAT bad as JESUSalive wrote earlier, but it just needs a total redo. Hotel (rooms and facilities) is totally outdated, and by that, I mean sometimes dangerously rusted. Besides, it is located a bit out of central area. Can't remember clearly any hotel staff. Food (breakfast) was... More

Hmmm, I've been in almost 60 countries, & must say that this would've been the worst hotel thus far. And I once slept on cement. And in the jungle. Speaking of which- this would be by contrast an excellent stay if in fact you were born in a jungle; wore a loin cloth, or were homeless in Detroit, or have... More

This hotel has a really bad service, things in our room where broken, and we had a water damage, i told the people at the reception but they did not really care. So i would not recommend this hotel. The service is really bad, so i suggest you find yourself a better hotel.

The only advantage is a free parking lot. The hotel is located in the northern part of the city, you can drive for a few minutes to park near the beginning of the city promenade. The hotel itself is old and not maintained well. Old furniture, old linen partially worn out up to holes. One pillow had a bad smell.... More

Visited this hotel for 3 nights while staffing a Birthright trip in August 2014. Best hotel we visited. Wifi only available in the lobby, but if you get a room on the first floor you may have wifi in your room as well (we did!) Nice lobby area with plenty of sitting room, unless they have a wedding planned in... More

The hotel was fine. Be prepared that if you book a room in the summer there will be a lot of tour groups there and it will be loud. The rooms were clean and the food was ok. I didn't go in the hotel but it looked like, located on the beach.
