I had the unfortunate experience of staying 8 days at this "hotel" which I can say without a doubt for the money I paid is the worst hotel in Netanya. The bathroom has too many issues to be address here and simply needs a complete renovation. The aircondition unit did not work and when I brought this to the attention... More

The hotel is never 4 star. It is old shabby and very dirty. The breakfasts were awful with paper cups and plastic spoons no bread or fruit. Wouldn't rate more than 2 star. Manager lamet was very kind though

Not a bad hotel, renovated some time ago. Not the highest level but simple good hotel , Good value for money. Specialist hotel for large groups and families who come to celebrate. Excellent for an Israeli family who wants to celebrate a big birthday or "Shabbat Chatan", Can bring your own drinks into the dining room and can bring food,... More

This would be a great hotel if the management cared about customer service. It has a great location on the beach; it has great views from the rooms, parking is free, and the lobby looks inviting. Service is poor, though. When the air-conditioning stopped working one night, we asked the front desk manager if any credit would be provided on... More

Staying for several days at the hotel conveyed me that the staff is the main part of hotel impression and nice vacation. In this hotel rhe staff was neither friendly nor helpful, except the one roommaid, aftoamrican guy. The food is normal, moderate spicy, mostly european cuisine. The roons are big enough even for xtra bed. There is pool but... More

I stayed at this hotel as a part of my Birthright trip to Israel. All in all I had a great stay here however, much of that was due to the incredible location of this hotel, right on the Med. Sea with fantastic sunsetting views. The lobby and bar were well appointed, and the food for breakfast was downright heroic.... More

Rooms are ridiculous holes in floors, dirty ceilings, dirty old bathrooms. And overpriced! they simply combined two small beds together which spread apart in the middle of the night, and as for the third bed they opened an armchair with holes in it, and as for the rest of the furniture its falling apart because of it's age. The location... More

This is by far the best hotel I've ever visited! Clean, comfortable and pleasant rooms with great ocean view.. The staff was helpful and nice, especially the weekend manager, Ran Sela. He listened to every little request we had (we were a group of more than 40 people) and took care of it immediately. The food was tasty, clean, fresh... More

I stayed here with a large group. Views were amazing, but rooms and bathrooms are in desperate need of an update. Food was so so. The service at the bar was incredibly slow and they had a very limited selection of spirits. After I checked out, I realized I had left jewelry in my room. It was wrapped in packaging... More
