This hotel has a really bad service, things in our room where broken, and we had a water damage, i told the people at the reception but they did not really care. So i would not recommend this hotel. The service is really bad, so i suggest you find yourself a better hotel.

The only advantage is a free parking lot. The hotel is located in the northern part of the city, you can drive for a few minutes to park near the beginning of the city promenade. The hotel itself is old and not maintained well. Old furniture, old linen partially worn out up to holes. One pillow had a bad smell.... More

Visited this hotel for 3 nights while staffing a Birthright trip in August 2014. Best hotel we visited. Wifi only available in the lobby, but if you get a room on the first floor you may have wifi in your room as well (we did!) Nice lobby area with plenty of sitting room, unless they have a wedding planned in... More

The hotel was fine. Be prepared that if you book a room in the summer there will be a lot of tour groups there and it will be loud. The rooms were clean and the food was ok. I didn't go in the hotel but it looked like, located on the beach.

This hotel is completely disgusting. Multiple rooms had bugs and many people woke up with bed bug bites. The service is absolutely terrible too. Please do yourself a favor and don't stay here. I had to go into people's rooms and kill bugs inside them. Bugs would crawl at our feet throughout the hotel. When I needed a new bed... More

Very old hotel and falling apart. In general the place was not clean (rooms, corridors, swimming pool). Terrible elevators: small, slow and not sufficient. Breakfast was poor. The beach has no lifeguard and dirty.

This is not a luxury hotel. It is a very decent place for a family on a budget or group. It is far from the main boardwalk/downtown Netanya. Pool is great. Beach a short walk and unfortunately not clean. We had a family event and needed a large block of rooms. The event planning people were on the ball and... More

Only spent one night (23 June). Hotel is fine with a nice view but unfortunately I'd say it's a bit "tired". Some fittings need changing as they are rusted, carpets are worn in placed etc. Mainly bath fittings are rusting. Room size was fine. Reception was fine but the porters did not assist with any luggage on our departure. Guess... More

Stayed here for weekend in mid-June 2014. Excellent location just north of town overlooking and with easy access to beach and also a pool for use of guests. Away from crowds. Too far to walk to main areas with restaurants and entertainment. Lots of free car-park space. The food was plentiful and reasonably varied. The rooms were clean but shabby... More

We arrived late at night and found that (a) the bathroom did not look clean (b) the sheets had hairs on them (c) the mattress was terrible. The room and bathroom look shabby. We called down to the reception to complain but nobody answered. After an almost sleepless night we got up with backaches. When we complained to the tour... More
