Don't expect to drive to the Inn by Car. It's located in the old town in the middle of the Souks. So expect a walk. What awaits you is a place that looks like the Middle East, combined with some mediterranean feelings. We had a warm welcoming, booked the 4 person room with private toilet & shower. For $159/nioght for... More

Be prepared to ascend a lot of stairs with you luggage when you check in. They did have a good breakfast and free storage of our luggage while on Jesus Trail. We stayed in a six person room and there were two of us. It was alright, nothing real special. If not walking on the Jesus Trail there is probably... More

Dirtiest hotel ever seen in my life at very high cost $ 135/per night. Dirty place and very arrogant personnel who think they are doing you big service in renting their luxurious rooms and who refuse to realise it is SHEER ROBBERY. $135/Per night for 2 persons. Parking is another bluff. This Fauzi Azar has to be de classified or... More

Dear valued guest, Thanks for your review, though negative one, we believe that from those we can learn and improve the most. Fauzi Azar Inn is NOT a luxurious hotel and thanks for making all our future guests aware of it. The Fauzi Azar Inn is a 200-year-old Arab mansion turned guesthouse, offering both dormitory beds and private rooms in... More

A great Place to stay in Nazareth. It was perfect. I'm glad that we chose this hostel;) The staff were very friendly and gave us a lot of tipps to get around. The restrooms and showers were clean. Also the people staying there are really nice. And don't miss to check out the falafel place just to streets away! Tanks... More

Went to Nazareth and Fauzi on the recommendation of a guide, Hotel impossible to find as on a pedestrian street which is not on the map. You cannot park in front of the hotel, and contrary to what the booking states, there is no parking. The hotel is an old building, poorly renovated. The luxury room we had looked was... More

We had a unique experience, wonderful two days in a 200-year old Ottoman mansion inside the Old City of Nazareth. very clean and large room, as well as very quiet. We had also an interesting free tour through narrow ancient streets of the Old City, traditional shops and Bars... after the explanations about history of Fauzi family, by his grand... More

Staying in a 200-year old Ottoman mansion inside the Old City of Nazareth is a special experience. There is a long walk, with stairs, through narrow ancient streets of the Old City to arrive at the oasis of Fauzi Araz. You will need to porter your own luggage. There are stairs and no lift, so be in reasonable physical condition.... More

We stayed for one night with our 3 children in a basic but comfortable room in this reborn old mansion, during our 'speedy' one week tour of Israel. More than just a nice place to stay, the very nice initiative of the Inn to offer a glance into the history of the house (and of the country) and a tour... More

My boyfriend, parents and I stayed at Fauzi Azar for two night and loved it. It has an old-world feel (it is in an old mansion and surrounding courtyard) but has all the necessary modern comforts (like hair dryers in the bathrooms.) The rooms weren't luxurious but had everything we needed. I think charming is an appropriate description. The staff... More
