I made booking with this hotel for me and my friend (double room), I called the reservation manager to ask about something in the hotel, he ask me who will come with you, i told him me and my friend, he said: we are just welcome the families and no males, I told him why let people find your hotel... Sure they are working on the place but it never got in our way. The food was fine not 5 star but 4 for sure. The staff very friendly and always willing to help in any way. Stayed three nights and we were most comfortable. The pool is like the best pool I have seen in a long time. Its... More

The hotel is a construction site due to the fact that a few floors are added onto the top. For the time being stay away! The pool can be reached only by walking through the construction area, balcony floor covered in dust, the same the staircase. Room furniture quite worn out

I stayed there in May 2014 and the plus of this hotel is the friendliness of the staff. However the hotel is in the middle of quite extensive renovation works and it was difficult to judge it. There were loads of families with children and the place got quite noisy at night - we had people playing soccer literally under... More

After having walked a full week all through the Westbank from Nazareth, staying for the night in **-hotels, with local families or the night before with bedouins, it felt like paradise to swim under palm trees in the pool of the Jericho Resort! The main building is currently being renovated - the canana rooms and appartments are already renovated and... More

We were booked in for 4 nights r and r but only stayed 2. The place is like a building site with extensive renovations going on. It looks nothing like its photo. Builders started at 7am. There was no terrace to sit out. You only got food put out if there was a group staying, we were about the only... More

I stayed two night at the Jericho Resort Village in a very comfortable chalet that contained three rooms. The door opened into an attractive living room furnished with two sofas, a table with four chairs, a flat screen TV, a mini-fridge with a bottle of two liters of mineral water, a long writing desk with a chair, and a serving... We stayed 3 nights while on a tour so we are not familiar with the prices. The one bedroom chalets were very comfortable and clean. Well equipped but you needed to borrow a hair dryer from the front desk. We thought the food staff was especially helpful and attentive. Their friendly english speaking manager was always there to make sure... More
