Nice location steps from the Sea of Galilee. The grounds including the pool are well kept. The rooms were somewhat austere, but very clean and the AC worked fine (we never figured out the TV). A very friendly security guy fixed our safe promptly, but it was hit and miss with the other staff members who perhaps as kibbutzniks do... More

I went with a group of teachers/colleagues for one night to this hotel. When I called a year ago to check prices to go with my husband, the prices were exorbitant. This way with a group, it was subsidized. We had the simple rooms which were clean enough. However, the air conditioning was very weak. The worker claimed that you... More

The family expected a bit more. The rooms were basic. Yet, the rooms were clean. Walked down to the beach side on the Galilee... wasn't too exciting. Proved to be a good base for touring the region but not on the top of our family list for favorites in Israel.

This is a reasonably priced place to stop for a night or two when touring the Sea of Gallilee area. Clean rooms and confortable beds. Good A/C. The food is ok and is buffet style. The pool is nice and a good place for a dip but it is only open until 7p.m. Get rooms in the new wings.

Stayed in this kibbutz hotel for 3 days with a party of 17 people. The rooms are small but clean, and had air con works well. The food is a buffet style dining, but there is a reasonable choice. It is ideally located for the Sea of Galilee. Beware of the mozzies at night

Like a mediocre Best Western. The standard rooms in the older building are pretty tired. The food was about the quality of my grandparent's retirement building. We left after 1 night, as we could not stand to stay there any longer. As noted by another review, there are no amenities in the room, not even a bar of soap, just... More

Beautiful hotel located between the mountains and the Sea of Galilee. It is surrounded with large Gardens that are beautiful and well kept. The reception/ lobby is spacious with many seating areas that are comfortable. Large cafeteria with outdoor seating. The standard rooms are comfortable and clean with good air conditioning, hair dryer, fridge, kettle and change of towels every... More

I found this place since a church group from my home town was staying here. Many tourist groups stay at this hotel. the hotel is on the 'campus' of a Kibbutz which covers a lot of ground, and had a fence around it. I arrived and went for a nice swim in the pool. the dinner and breakfast were buffets,... More

We stayed at Kibbutz Nof Ginosar as part of a group tour. The hotel is very bare bones--it had a bar of soap and a hair dryer in the bathroom, so be prepared to bring all of your own shampoo and other toiletries. No washcloths, no iron or ironing board. There is no elevator to the upper floors, so also... More

We were fortunate enough to get in to Hotel Nof Ginosar on a cancellation. (we had been on a waiting list) The Reservations Staff were so helpful to us, we are extremely grateful to them. Since we were attending the legendary Jacob's Ladder Folk Festival, it was wonderful to be able to stay at this hotel on the festival site.... More
