This hotel seriously damages the reputation of the chain. It is incomprehensible how dirty and unkept it is. We had a room in the business floor, which on first sight was not too bad, but there were maintenance issues like the shower handle coming out when we were taking a shower, and it was hard to turn off the water;... I stay at this hotel once a week for work purposes. Being a regular for the last two years I can see how it is improved by the week with the recently renovated floors a welcome addition. I find the front desk staff most helpful and the evening manager amit is very attenrive to guests wishes. I agree with former... More

I've stayed at the Leonardo hotel in Be'er Sheva many times over the past year. I have to say that on my first visit I would have to say that it might have been the worst hotel I've stayed in during my 25 years in business. Paint was pealing off walls (rooms, bar, resturant), the lights in the room were... More

We were there for the weekend in May. They bring their food in from an outside caterer. Friday night"s meal was magnificent Saturday's paled next to it. We had a very nice room. I think that the rooms above 5th floor have been renovated, so its better to get a higher floor. We had a group of 30 and they... More

I am one of the regular guests of this Hotel, as a person who lives in Haifa and works in Beer Sheva. The hotel in general is quite comfortable. The employees at the front desk are pleasent. I would like to mention especially Amit Peretz, the evening manager, who handled very effectively all my requests and always does it in... More

This hotel can be characterized by its extremes. The rooms are very comfortable, nicely decorated, and very clean. Service (reception - Laila; chambermaids - I am sorry I don't know the lady's name who works on the 6th floor; bellboys) is very kind, attentive and prompt, no matter your needs. On the other hand, some parts of the building are... More

We stayed for one night to attend a trade show in Beersheva. We had a problem with the room's air conditioning, and upon return home, contacted Amit. He phoned back the same day, to inform us that he was in meetings, but had not forgotten us. When he phoned again a short time later, he was very attentive to our... More

If one wants a hotel at this level in this city there is hardly any choice. The rooms are large, quiet, clean and comfortable. One pays for what one gets. That said, the organization and service are clumsy and odd by Israeli standards. Dinner is served in the sort of canteen where breakfast is also served. The food is mediocre.... More

We stayed in the hotel over the weekend with a fairly large group ( close to 50) for a joint get together. All the details were planned in advance and agreed upon. Greetings upon arrival were very nice and the reception staff were very supportive and helpful. Rooms are ok. The hotel needs a face lift and in some places... More

The hotel check in process was easy, quick and professional. I found the room to be more than adequate for my needs. There were some items that were definately acceptable but did not meet my preferences; the rooms have shower/tub combinations and i prefer a shower only. the wifi in the room is not complimentary but is free in the...
