after reading all the comments here I was expecting much worse conditions than we actually got. The room was spacious enough, furniture was rather new, beautiful view from a big window. Mini bar was empty, there was no hair dryer in the bathroom. The only thing which pissed me off was a black hair in the toilet. Breakfast was good... More

Love this hotel!! The staff is very service oriented and kind and they really make you feel at home. The second you step in you are welcomed with an espresso and a smile, rooms are nice and clean as the hotel is in general and reception helps you find attractions around such as the audiovisual attraction in beer avraham. Basically... More

I've been in Beer Sheva 3 times, unfortunately Leonardo is the only one hotel in the city centre. Unpleasent employees, poor service, very dirty and so expensive, 90 euro per night just for really bad hotel! Last time they charge one day more due to the longer (1 day!) Original reservation, these thieves on the reception did not give me... More

. . . because it's the only hotel in Beer Sheva. There wasn't anything really bad about it, but we felt that it could have been better. For example, our room included access to the Business Center - where internet computers [one of which worked] were available, but the leaflet we were given said it would cost $70. So we... More

I had been to this hotel several times in the past as it is currently the only hotel in the centre of the city that caters to business people. While it was never a great hotel, it was bearable in the past. i I am now thoroughly appalled at the poor service and dirty room conditions. They forgot to clean... More

Where to start? NOT Clean: The rooms are not clean - carpets are old and stained, had stains on pillow cases, linens and towels, and the bathroom floor was sticky. The elevators and corridors smell of cigarettes and I actually woke up one night with a stinky room only to learn that next door and on the corridor people were... More

Absurdly expensive for a dirty, old "hotel". No room sevice (israelis are too lazy). The room hasn't been cleaned before we came in. As a matter of fact NO ONE cleaned the room, made the beds during the 2 days we stayed. The food was awful, elevators slow, took forever to catch an elevator. Any resemblance of concierge (to at... The rooms were dirty. Mould in the bathroom. Carpet in the bedroom so dirty that it's not possible to walk on it. Bath tub damaged and patched up. Mini bar didn't work.Food greasy and inedible. Hotel is run down. Staff are badly trained and unresponsive. This is the only hotel option in Beer sheva so maybe they don't feel like... More

I am a frequent business traveler, having spent >200 nights a year on the road for over 10 years, with experience in a dozen major global chains. 3- and 4-star properties are the norm for my travels. I have stayed at this property about 20 nights on 5 separate occasions for the past 6 months. All I can say is,... More
