If you have no choice this hotel is ok. We were given rooms on the business suite floor even though we reserved and payed for regular rooms. The rooms were large and very comfortable. The hotel is very close to the bus and train station. Breakfast was so so for Israeli standards the dining room staff were mainly unshaven men... more

For the rate they charge you can get a real 4 star hotel in the Tel Aviv area instead of this 2 star hotel/motel. If is a must to stay in Beersheva this is your only choice ... but if you can move to the Tel Aviv/Jerusalem area do so. more

After walking out of an establishment in Mizpe Ramon, we decided to move on to Beer Sheva. The only accommodation we could get was the Golden Tulip at NIS 580 - they said that they only had business rooms available but the dining room wasn't full so I'm not sure if it was the truth. Our room was very comfortable... more

I stayed for a night at the Golden Tulip. It is the only hotel in Beersheba so there wasn't any choice. Front desk was not great but OK, although the female "security guard" stared me out on arrival?! Because it is the only hotel in town you have a wide range of guests. When I was checking out the wireless... more

We travelled on an overnight flight to Ben Gurion Airport, then train to Be'er Sheva Merkaz. Reception allowed us into our room at 11:00. This was very much appreciated. Reception staff, some very helpful, others less knowledgeable. Room was clean. No safe in room. Excellent view, good ventilation and sound proofing. Bed a little too firm for my liking but... more

I stay in hotels for about seventy percent of the year, and my experience here at Golden Tulip Negev has been my worst hotel stay in a very long time. This hotel appears to be run by people that appear more interested in socializing with one another. The rooms - grim. Stained carpet. Bed is a mess; exposed box spring.... more

The doorman packs heat. The lobby is a bit desolate, but it's really cool - which is kinda key in the desert. Our room was light and pleasant. A/C was great. Breakfast was good. There was a decent restaurant in a mall cattycorner from the hotel. There were several weddings while we were at this hotel - in the middle... more

I recently spent two nights at the Paradise Hotel. It bills itself as a 5-star hotel, but it isn't. The rooms are a little shabby, even though the hotel is relatively new. The towels and the sheets are the cheapest possible, and the carpet had stains. The bathtub is awkwardly higher than the bathroom floor, making getting in and out... more
