After walking out of an establishment in Mizpe Ramon, we decided to move on to Beer Sheva. The only accommodation we could get was the Golden Tulip at NIS 580 - they said that they only had business rooms available but the dining room wasn't full so I'm not sure if it was the truth. I stayed for a night at the Golden Tulip. It is the only hotel in Beersheba so there wasn't any choice. Front desk was not great but OK, although the female "security guard" stared me out on arrival?! Because it is the only hotel in town you have a wide range of guests. The towels and the sheets are the cheapest possible, and the carpet had stains. The bathtub is awkwardly higher than the bathroom floor, making getting in and out... more
