The guest house at Kibbutz Mashabei Sadei is not akin to the Ritz Carlton, but if you are considering it then you already understand what it means to stay at a kibbutz. That said, this place was fabulous. My family stayed here for eight days and used it as a base for traveling round the northern region of the Negev... More

We stayed a night here as part of a tour of Israel. It’s a large kibbutz with apparently lots going on, though we hardly saw any of the residents during our stay. Compared to another kibbutz we stayed at, this accommodation was very large, but rather basic. There was an outdoor seating area outside the front door. I don’t believe... More

The rooms were clean. Multiple outlets to charge our devices. Quietest location we stayed at in Israel. Not fancy, but met our needs perfectly. Got us to our touring locations the next day with plenty of time to spare. Breakfast was solid and enjoyable. Dinner was okay. Service was excellent. Highly recommended if you are looking for a clean and... More

We recently stayed here with a group of our friends and children. We were around 20 families. The rooms are nice and well equipped. Outside of each room were tables and chairs which proved useful. Close by was a petting zoo and not far away a heated swimming pool which we made use of on the Saturday morning. The Friday... More

Good location for those who are eager to explore the Negev. Beersheba, Ein Avdat, Mitzpe Ramon - it's possible to reach every main attraction in approximately an hour. The rooms are inside the kibbutz but you do not need to mingle with the locals if you don't want to. Courteous service. Accomodation and breakfast are just OK - nothing special,... More

We only stayed one night but the rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and the shower was great. The breakfast was not the expansive offering of the big hotels, but there was enough variety to make my family satisfied. The owners are friendly and I would like to return to spend more time in the area. A nice country... More

I stayed here in may 2013 for one night. It was perfectly just okay. The room was typical Israeli kibbutz style but adequate. The dinner was fine with choices that were underwhelming. I did hear one tourist from the uk say it was "lovely". It was very clean. I would recommend this as a low cost alternative for traveling in... More

The Kibbutz is a wonderfully lush and green "oasis" situated on the northern edge of the Negev desert in what we as outsiders would caractherize as semi-desert. We definitely got a sense that the ties between people was more close than in a regular village. It is obvious that catering to guests in large and small groups is an important... More

We went there escorted by our grand daughter. The place is very well maintained - Very clean The outdoors pool was real fun The two indoors pools were also a great experience Staff's attitude was very friendly. We were allowed to bring our own food with us and were not required to dine at the restaurant and were offered a... More

We booked this desert country lodging just for one night and we regretted not having more time to stay here. It is a comfortable place, in close proximity of some desert highlights like Sede Boker, En Avdat and Mitzpe Ramon. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room very ok with good beds. A next time we would stay... More
