Went there for a short weekend with the extended family. took 4 rooms, and all were clean , quits large and renovated, so it felt like almost being in a new hotel. The food (we took HB) was fine. not more, but certainly not less, there was a good variety of meets at dinner, many many kinds of salads and... More

There are two main hotels in Akko, The Palm Beach hotel and the Acco Beach hotel. Since the Acco beach hotel according to every map was a lot closer to the old city of Akko, we figured we'd go there. To our suprise the hotel is located exactly next to the "Palm Beach hotel", which is 10x nicer (and not... More

This is a perfectly fine hotel, not nearly as bad as the other reviews make it out to be, but nothing special. It's a very nice Motel 6, clean but spare. The pool is lovely but small and has very limited hours. Internet is only available in the lobby. The food, however, is fabulous. You'll enjoy any meal you have... More

Here's a perfect example of a ticky tacky motel posing as a "hotel." As others have pointed out, the rooms are plain and badly finished but are adequate in cleanliness, quiet and comfort. But that's the only positive thing one can say. We were two families visiting during the Succoth holiday with two seven-year old kids. We knew we were... More

Close to the old walled town of Acre (Acco), this hotel can be a base to trips in the north of Israel. The hotel was renovated, but the rooms are very simple. The lobby is very small, and no bar. A nice small pool, gim and sauna. The hotel located on the sea shore. The gate to the shore is... More

We made a reservation through booking, checked and rechecked with the hotel. When we arrived, the receptionist told us, that we cancelled it! Ye, right! So we waited for half an hour. One of the rooms we've got had terrible smell of cigarettes. When I asked to change, the receptionist gave us another with strong smell of fresh paint. At... More

Acco Beach Hotel has the potential to be a really nice option for staying near the beach in Akko. The hotel opened last year and rooms are new, pool is great and it really is right on the beach. Breakfast was generous and offered a lot of options -- cereals, breads, omelettes, fresh fruit, vegetables, yogurt. But little things detracted... More

New hotel, so everything is new. Ask for room with sea view. Food was plentiful, very tasty and a great variety. A big dry sauna, but get them to turn in on well in advance of use. Wifi is free and good but only in the lobby. Rooms are very nice. Only a short 15 min walk to the old... More
