When I arrived at the hotel, I never expected that it has great location and its charm. Since the building is new, so I felt comfortable with this kind hotel. The room is small but cozy, and the breakfast is quite well for a three stars. Very recommended if you want to stay longer in Lombok.

Very Nice Location Hotel in heart of Mataram city, warmness staff, have a good pool,nice restaurant, and have a mini market in front of this hotel. But the food in breakfast time not perfect, not have many choose .. but this hotel is very recomended for stay in Mataram ..

I put up at this hotel recently.Everything was excellent! except for the location.........otherwise it wld be perfect! A very cosy hotel though!!!! i recommend this hotel to businessmen especially because it's right in the middle of the city of Mataram.Easy access and nearby to shops.

Although this hotel is not in the "tourist" area of lombok, we stayed at the Plaza Hotel in Mataram specificaly because of Ramadan. On the night of Idul Fitri, the hotel gave us a front row seat to the parade and fireworks by allowing us on the roof! The rooms were alright, typical Indonesian style. Western style looking, clean, modern and the food is good, the location in the other hand is TERRIBLE, located in the city center in the middle of a decadent city of slums and open air sewage The staff speaks a reasonably good level of english....for indonesians!

staying two times in this hotel one thing I always notice is that the hotel is clean and the breakfast is also good. Although the hotel is not really seen from the road because its room is blocked by some others building and make the hotel look a small hotel, actually the hotel has many room.
