This hotel is on the top of the mountain which will provide you a very stunning scenery of Lake Toba. From here you can watch beautiful sunset. They have rooms facing Lake Toba and some are not. (Don't forget to ask.) There was a quite big pool. The hotel was well-furnished and well-decorated in a bit old style. The weather... More

The wifi only can connect at the lobby, not many facilities provided such as gym, sauna etc, most disappointment and angry is the bellboy required the guests to "pay more" tips, i thought the tips amount is up to the guest to pay!! as the hotel no lift so must need the bellboy to help n carry the luggages to... The resort is located at a hill by Lake Toba. It's about 5 hours drive from Kuala Namu Airport but it's well worth it. Check in was fast and efficient. Rooms are quite well maintained but bathroom can use some renovations. Beds are comfortable. Some rooms are with air-con but it's really not required as the temperature at night can... More

This Hotel seems the biggest at Lake Toba. There are no lift at all, our rooms were in 6th floor and had to climb up. There were no aircon in the room only a ceiling fan. But that's ok since the place is quite cool. But the service is very lousy. We went in a group of 10 and 2... More

Just awful. And this awfulness doesn't come cheap either. It bewilder me why people pay this amount of money to stay here. Rooms are from the 80s, bathrooms smell dirty and of urine, service is almost non-existent, hot water only available certain hours during the day. Do yourself a favor: don't stay here.

This is probably the largest hotel facing lake toba. The hotel located uphill so we can see a breathtaking view of lake toba. The room was clean, but the bathroom was a bit old. There was no lift at all. This hotel have a huge garden so you can walk around and take picture with lake toba as the background.... More

We had a marvelous moment staying in Niagara Hotel, Parapat. From the hotel, we can see the whole view of Lake Toba, really breathtaking. The room hotel is average, clean but a bit old. From our room balcony, there's a perfect view of Lake Toba. I bet this hotel have good views of Lake Toba in every room. They served... More

Niagara Hotel was clearly one of the largest if not the largest hotel in all of Parapat. We spent just one night so that we could do Lake Toba and Samosir Island the following morning. It had an impressive architecture. The hotel is set on a hill. The road up was winding and not too well paved. The one obvious... More
