Nice hotel, great interior design and atmosphere (Thai/Balinese Style?), good internet connection, good breakfast and a fair price. We stayed in the superior room and although as other people reviewed it is indeed not very big, but not much smaller than similar hotels with similar prices and I think in comparison to other hotels the interior design makes it very... This is the second time I've stayed at the Savali Hotel in Padang. In a town/city where accommodation options are limited, the standards can be forgiven. Rooms are quite small and not the best soundproof wise & breakfast is average, however the beds are comfortable, rooms are clean and hot water works. I think this is definitely one of the... More

Savali Hotel is a classy hotel with a nice balinese atmosphere and a swimming pool. Service is good, staff is kind and helpful. However I was disapointed in the rooms which were very small, even the deluxe one I looked at. The rooms only have space for the bed, I don't know how two persons can walk in this room... More

The Savali Hotel is a little paradise in the city center of Padang and situated within walking distance from the beach and the main sights of the city. The rather small rooms are (aswell as the whole hotel) nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. There is a small pool in the small but cozy garden. The breakfast was good (Indonesian Syle with... We stayed here after staying in lots of dodgy old hotels in Central Asia so the comparison was quite good. This place was clean and modern with nice decor and the bed was super comfortable. The rooms were not as sound proof as I would like but besides that everything was great. The lady at reception spoke perfect English and... More

Small hotel and small rooms, it looked like a budget hotel from Amaris, Fave Hotel, etc. Room and hotel was in good and clean condition with modern interior. Hotel interior was a harmony of Thailand (Budha) and Bali taste. Nice! Hotel had only 2 floors (and 23 rooms), with no windows to street view. Hotel guests got 15 minutes free... More

Small but clean rooms. Good shower and bathroom, strong internet and average to slightly lower restaurant. As noted, the pool is small, lobby miniscule and the many small steps that are very annoying to walk over. A/C was good

This hotel was ok except for the motorcycle races outside. The walls offer no protection from noise. You can hear everything in reception and the foyer. The races seem to start beside the hotel and they go all night. The pool is nice and they let some nice girls from outside swim in it. They are good company.
