Look old from out side, but a very comfi inside. Fells like your in your own house. Staff are friendly and helpfull. Room although little bit old but its a very clean room. Food are good, specially in breakfast. A very west sumatera breakfast. The location of the hotel also great, right in the middle of the Padang city.

The title says it all, we had the unfortunate pleasure of staying in this dump. For the money there are much better places to be. You will regret it. Staff was mostly absent, like it was not a job but kind of an optional attendance opportunity for them. The End.

Find another hotel please, bad service, broken bathroom, dirty, noisy, the food from resto is not good for me, if you really want to have a good rest, dig more info for another place to stay. Bad air conditioner, and bathroom too.

I've waited in the lobby and guests staying for one night at this hotel. the rooms are clean and fast service. as well as a cozy restaurant with a variety of breakfast menu and prices are affordable and easily accessible from anywhere.

We book this hotel thinking that it is near the beach (by looking at the map on the webpage). But were disappointed as the beach is quite a walk away and worst of all, the whole beach area is walled up. Many small stalls were seen along the beach area but they all serve the same fare. All coffee were... More

The price of the rooms in relation to what you get is simply unjustifiable and over the top. Note that the standard rooms do not have hot water - and this is for about 250,000 rupiah a night, in the largest city on Sumatra. Rooms with hot water start at around R350,000, which could buy you a much better stay... More

Stayed in Hang Tuah's Family Room. Old, musty, terrible attached bathroom - considerign all that , it is over-priced. Some of the double rooms look better though. The location not too bad as within walking distance from Pasar Raya - if u wish to explore that. Only stayed one night and cleared out quickly to head for Bukit Tinggi. Full... More
