Inna is a chain of hotels owned and operated by the Indonesian government. Having stayed in a few, I can say that they vary from dreadful to good. Gift shop very accomodating. We had a family reunion which was catered with open bar and entertainment. Great location and lovely workers. Would definitley stay there again. more
Average only. Rather overpriced. Cleanliness average. Standards of rooms below average. Swimming pool open to public, invaded by schoolchildren in the afternoon. Security POOR, gates open to street all around hotel with no checks on people using walkways outside rooms as a public thoroughfare. more
