I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. I personally don't have a problem with the location of this hotel, because I already booked a car and driver service. The check in and check out was easy and fast too. The staff also very helpful and friendly. The room quite spacious and clean. For food, there are not variety and... More

We booked last minute through Expedia and arrived at the desk and they said we had no booking. We showed confirmation and payment receipt but because they hadn't received the email from Expedia they wouldn't let us check in. After almost 1 hour of trying to get them to call Expedia, we had to call and get confirmation sent. We... More

Our group of 27 hashers stayed over for 1 night on 5 October and came away happy. Other than the weak WIFI connection, we find the hotel very accommodative. Our request for breakfast at 5.30am to catch our morning flight to Singapore was hassle free. The staff was friendly and helpful. What more can we ask for about USD 30/night

The hotel is located in a not so busy street and the service is average at best. Just at the back of the hotel, I was told that there is this notoriously shady massage place (the premises happens to also belong to the hotel) for those looking for sexual encounter paying cheap prices. I guess you can easily relate that... More

It is not a big hotel therefor taxi drivers may find a hard time to find this place and ended up dropping guests off using the hotel back alley. they do have a bigger lobby entrance that people usually miss. we arrived late about 4 pm but was asked to wait coz the room assigned has yet to be clean... We stayed for two nights in early May. After arriving from KNO to the Carrefour mall, it is difficult to get to the hotel due to all those crazy one-way streets in the town center. The best way is to hire becak. Upon check-in, we were told of an upgrade to a larger room on level 4, which was indeed... More

I stayed here for one night in March 2014. I booked the hotel through agoda and I was happy with the the rate I paid. Check-in process went easy and the staff was friendly! She upgraded me to executive room for free because the room i paid for was sold out. The executive room I stayed in was clean and... More

Stayed here for 1 night on the January 26, 2014. Warm hospitality from staff, clean & spacious deluxe room, decent food/breakfast and most importantly, easy access to Medan town attractions. The room is very comfy for the rate of USD 33.48 on a weekend. Very easy to get a 'beca' in front of hotel for 2pax to reach the atrractions... More
