It is not a big hotel therefor taxi drivers may find a hard time to find this place and ended up dropping guests off using the hotel back alley. they do have a bigger lobby entrance that people usually miss. we arrived late about 4 pm but was asked to wait coz the room assigned has yet to be clean... We stayed for two nights in early May. After arriving from KNO to the Carrefour mall, it is difficult to get to the hotel due to all those crazy one-way streets in the town center. The best way is to hire becak. Upon check-in, we were told of an upgrade to a larger room on level 4, which was indeed... More

I stayed here for one night in March 2014. I booked the hotel through agoda and I was happy with the the rate I paid. Check-in process went easy and the staff was friendly! She upgraded me to executive room for free because the room i paid for was sold out. The executive room I stayed in was clean and... More

Stayed here for 1 night on the January 26, 2014. Warm hospitality from staff, clean & spacious deluxe room, decent food/breakfast and most importantly, easy access to Medan town attractions. The room is very comfy for the rate of USD 33.48 on a weekend. Very easy to get a 'beca' in front of hotel for 2pax to reach the atrractions... More

I recently stayed at this hotel in Medan for three nights. During my time here there were several power outages, rather standard in Indonesia, but I was surprised that there was not a generator on hand in order to prevent this. Made using the elevator kind of scary. The breakfast buffet downstairs was alright, but by 9am there wasn't much... More

The hotel is very clean. We are satisfied with the room and the bathroom provided. You can ask for the hotel shuttle to the polonia airport for a cheap price. The wifi have a low connection. The breakfast is quite okay. The hotel service is excellent. Well, it is more than what I've expected when I first book for this... More

My wife and I stayed here 2 nights. We chose the hotel because the price was right and the hotel description, pics and reviews look acceptable. It is located in a quiet part of the city and there was not much around within walking distance. We had a standard double room, the lowest priced. The room was spacious but the... More

Wow! I loved my room. The bed is huge..and comfortable especially after a long day of flight. Its located right in the middle of the town and easily accessible to facilities. We took a train from the international airport from Kuala Namu which costs us 80000 rupiah each and took about 30 minutes to arrived at town railway station. Then... More

I have not nothing negative to say about the rooms or hotel facilities itself. The rooms were fairly priced and the staff (Reception & Concierge) were very friendly. The only minor let down was its location. Though if you have any means of getting around Medan then this would not be a problem. There is a huge grocery store just... More
