We booked this hotel since we were just spending a few hours to rest our eyes as we reached Medan town at 10pm. It's labelled as 'Backpackers' hotel and it is befitting its offering. The mattress was lumpy and the room was too small for a medium-big size person. The Aircond was noisy and toilet smells. But you won't get... More

Over-priced for Indonesia. Very near a loud mosque. No shower and terrible toilet, which was western but it was bad even for Indonesia! An indonesian style toilet would have felt more hygienic. However, very friendly staff and okay for one night!

I come back to this budget hotel again after 4 years, If you wish to save money this is probably the best place, If you looking for more clean and comfortable room, you should pay more and look for others. The cheapest room have only basic bed and a small toilet, some are smelly and they do not have window.... More

Cold water, cockraoches, smelling toilets without flush etc. Do I need say more? If you have some money to spend, there should be better places to stay... Location was quite good though... Close to sites ('walking' distance).

Nearby the Masjid Agung area. The rooms were pretty basic with tv and shower. No window. Aircond was okay. They have a mini cafe downstairs. We only stayed there for a few hours whilst waiting for our early flight return. Cheap too so if you missed your flight or need a place just to sleep, then it is good enough.... More

Hotel resisdence located at Jalan Tengah, close to a shopping center. The room I paid IDR7000/night is so small, smelly and has no window. Many crokcoches and rat running here and there at night. I was awoke by the loud noise of prayer at 5 am in the morningas this hotel is near to Masjid Raya. No blanket and no... More

I'd say just an Indonesian basic budget hotel. Room, double bed, small table, attached bathroom, for 80000 IDR / 2 people. We were just in the top floor, part of the roof outside the rooms was kind of terrace with the possibility to sit there. The location just next to the Mesjid Raja is not ideal, however it was not... i was stay on March 2013. my first impression for this hotel was "small". the room was small, with old bed, and the bathroom much worse. but if u only have place for transit this place was OK. the positve thing is located in the heart of city.
