Location is very central and they have small but clean rooms with air con. We stayed only for one night. Staff was very helpful to explain possibilities of onward travel to Lake Toba and Ketambe. WiFi was always working and the outside restaurant, sitting area was nice decorated. As the location is just beside a main road it was quite... More

We only stayed there because our flight arrived with a lot of delay at night (as all Lion Airs ones), we were exhausted and we trusted the Lonely planet rewiew about the place. The place was ugly and filthy. The rooms were terrible...the breakfast was awfull as well...they don't seem to care about anything...Lonely planet is totally wrong about this... More

Medan is not the best place to find a fancy housing. This place was OK, mostly clean, even if not really fancy. It has AC rooms and was cheap, what we were looking for. One notice, it is very close for the great mosquee (it was ramadan time), and we were waken up at 3am.

At first I got a single fan room, it looked like the sheets hadn't been changed, the walls and floor was dirty and the room smelled! But because I was sick with fever, I had to upgrade to a air con room. Very surprised! Clean room, clean bed and no disgusting smell. This room did cost 130.000 instead of the... More

When I arrived they told me they only had a 100 000 Rupiah room available, I bargained until 80 000. The entire evening and the next morning I only met 2 other guests and noticed the doors of the single rooms where all open and unoccupied... OK room: soft mattress, a television and a fan. Awful attached bathroom and smell.... More

Decided to stay here after seeing it in the lonely planet and was flying the next day. Really poor rooms, damp everywhere, smells very bad, worse bathroom ever and there was a cat locked on our balcony. No bed bugs though. It was cheap. Couldn't find anything better in this price range. I wouldn't even bother staying in medan if... More

Luckily it was only for 1 night because it was awful. The room was very small, unclean, the bed was crab and it smells very bad. We don't recommed this, not even for 1 night. One pluspoint it was near the mac and they have Wifi.

I WILL GET TO THE POINT. The immediate impression upon arrival is iffy/ok at best. We arrived at about 7 after a long day and were dropped in front via tuk tuk and greeted by a woman saying she had lots of rooms available. We booked two days prior for a room with a.c. and hot water. She then told... More

If you are in a budget, this place can be considered. Located on a busy street, 3 stories high with no lift. Rooms are small and the steps are terribly steep. The inclines are like climbing Mt Sibayak. Rooms varies from 100k to 160k. Most of the rooms are dark and cramned. Suggest take the best rooms as it has... More
