This hotel is located quite far from Bukit Tinggi town but the plus point is that it is very quite. The surrounding atmosphere(air)is very fresh and pollution free. Rooms are very nice with wooden flooring and wooded paneling all over. The walk from reception to the chalets is a sore point when it rain(we encounter this during our stay there)... More

The location is quite remote , but the surrounding area is quiet and peaceful . I think it would not be convenient stay at this hotel if you do not have your own vehicle , because it is quite far from the main road and a few kilometers from downtown of Bukit Tinggi. Please make sure you don't miss the small... We stayed at this hotel for two nights. Purpose: visiting the city and the Harau Valley. Relatively quiet (mosque nearby) but difficult to find. Big rooms needing some repair and renovation. Good matrasses and clean beds. Bathroom a little bit shaby. Breakfast is indonesian style. During our stay all other guests were Indonesian people (conference or so). Therefore no possibility... Rooms were large, but bathroom dimly lit! Had trouble opening my room and sought help from the front desk who eventually opened it with their master key. View from the room, dining area and observatory tower - very good. Location was central and not crowded. Breakfast was frugal. If you are looking for continental breakfast then there is not much... I'm staying here for 5 days in a conference, and it was great. The rooms are big and clean, room services were great, I always have clean towel and made bed after I leave my room.
