A quiet resort with great amenities, and the white sandy beach is just a few footsteps from our room. One thing i like is its peacefullness, and so so quiet. Good for my soul recovery moment. Rooms are huge and very clean, with of course excellent ocean views. Lots of activities on site, like boating, bicycling, gym. Good hotel overall. more

Hotel is fine but there are some things that need highlighting. It's advertised as a 4* which may have been true in it's hey day, but it's more like a 3* today. Hotel Sedona has an on-site Dive operation, Minahasa Divers. I got the dive package which included accommodation, 3 dives and 3 meals per day. Diving was my priority... more

Family trip with my wife & 3 yr old. Hotel was nice and decent. Staff were friendly and all the arrangements we made were kept to (hotel transfers, etc). The one pool was decent enough and the private lagoon was nice. Main grouse we had was that the room was kinda old - the toilet seat was broken but otherwise... more

It takes a while from airport to hotel but when you drive along the lovely driveway you descend into peaceful surroundings. check-in late at night, done by a receptionist who clearly had an attidute problem, was not pleasant and took a hell of a long time. our room, 2018 was a lovely spotlessly clean corner room with partial view of... more

I stayed 4 nights with my family in Sedona resort. The hotel was almost empty, which made it a very pleasant ans peaceful place after the noice of Manado. The private beacj lagoon is enjoyable and very safe for kids. The restaurant is very good. The diving club is not very professional. more

We organized a small conference at the Sedona in May 2009 and I personally stayed there for 2 weeks. The whole experience was fantastic! Wayan, the GM, went out of his way to be helpful, as did all the staff, in all aspects. The chefs turned out great and very varied food throughout. The setting is really lovely - volcanos... more

The hotel has gorgeous lawn and view. As soon as you walk in through the open air lobby and coffe shop, you will see the lawn with coconut trees, huge pool, the ocean, and a view of the Manado Tua and Bunaken Island. The Manado Tua island looks like a Mountain rising from the Sea when viewed from the Hotel... more

Stayed at the Sedona over Xmas and New Years. Quite nice hotel which is still struggling with the aftermaths of the '98 crisis as one complete wing is not open yet... Rooms typical hotel resort type, nothing special. Staff friendly. Food booooring. Problem is that there is no other restaurant to walk to. If you want to eat outside the... more

I stayed at Sedona with my wife and parents in Christmas 2008. The place is quite big, with extensive lawns and a swimming pool area, plus a couple of hundred of meters of seashore, with a building that houses a diving company. The entrance hall is big, nicely decorated, and there is other ample space with a bar, snooker table,... more

The hotel was ok. But for keen anglers, don't expect much support from the hotel! A real pity because Manado does provide good fishing opportunities. nuff said... more
