This hotel sits on ample lot of land facing the iconic Manado atau mountain and a beach stretch that could have been beautiful. Yet despite the name change the hotel has not managed to make best use of its assets. The food quality leaves much to desire. All the items lack seasoning and are not well- prepared. The sauna is... I have read quite a lot of reviews about the hotel and found some negative comments. Why? This is Indonesia!! Hotel Sedona Manado is one of the best and budget hotels I have ever stayed so far. It's big, resort style, so much laid-back, gave a lazy and "I-don't-want-to-do-anything" feeling to people. Just one thing: why the price of the... More

My husband & I stayed for 3 nights in the Hotel, it was an old hotel with a poor maintenance. It was very big hotel complex, they closed one hotel wing and just operate with the other side. Not much guests during my stay. I think they should close and immediately renovate the hotel. In the last day we had... More

Came here with a big group of friends for a diving holiday and our dive centre, Minahasa Divers were linked with this hotel. Overall, the hotel is decently maintained and furnishing in the room are clean and performs their function. Service quality was good and they helped out with most of our requirements. Breakfast in the hotel was alright and... More

Used to be a 5 star resort, nice premises, excellent huge swimming pool, plenty of jogging tracks, white sand beach. Unfortunately, rooms are outdated, dirty and toilet need total renovation. Hopefully the GM would check out to keep up to standard. What a pity, such a nice location. Could have been superb if maintained well.

I walked in to book the room a week earlier and was impressed with the location where it is hidden and a little far from main town. Checked in on the 8th of October only to be told that I did not have my reservation. Finally got a room with a pool view but the bathroom was old and filthy.

I stayed in Hotel Sedano Manado for a week while diving with Minahasa Divers. The estate is pretty big and with a beautfiul pool facing the sea, it is leisurely and resembles a 5 star resort except that the place looks run down and is pretty quiet. Far from the city centre. The bar is hardly functioning. No spa service.... More

Came here for a dive trip in MAY 2012. The welcome drink was very cooling and the staff was very helpful in arranging our rooms and our dive gear and equipment. Pool is just gorgeous, BIG and clean. Food is just average, but the restaurants and hang out areas have good view. Room is big and comfy - showers and... More

I arrived at the Sedona sick & expecting a quiet place to recuperate. It all started well. The rooms are a bit tired but ok & it was lovely & quiet. Then at 11am a large group of Outward Bound arrived and had a very loud party (with kareoke) right in front of my room for four hours. When I... More
