Sintesa Peninsula considered one of the best hotel in Manado that I'd ever try. It's has a direct view to the sea and it's location in the hill make the best view in Manado. Should try at least once when you visit Manado.

This is one of the best hotels in Manado. The hotel is located right in the city centre, but due to the fact the hotel is built on an elevated ground and has sizable land with greenery around it, it is free from the noise and other pollution of the city. Transportation is a breeze most of the shopping malls... More

The Sintesa Peninsula room was spacious and provided an excellent view over the Manado Bay. But that's where the promise ended. The rooms are poorly maintained, the carpets stained, the beds creak and the housekeeping department needs a crash course in cleanliness and maintenance. Each day I complained about the lack of hot water in the bathroom a flaw that... More

This hotel is situated centrally and high over Manado, It is apparently a refurbuished hospital. The views are amazing particularly at night. The suites are large with a small balcony and bright. Furnishings are a little tired and it is obvious that smoking in the rooms is an issue. The staff are very well trained and friendly. Not bad in... More

Actually this hotel is very nice with big bedroom, quite, clean and sophisticated TV channel, but only one thing about their check in process and room service are poor. They are opening my credit card for another services: minibar, international phone call or another services. BUT the minibar is empty and can not find anything ... hahahaha... I'm starving during... The Sintesa was our first night back to civilization after a long trip to Bunaken and Raja Ampat. Price performance wise I can absolutely recommend it to stay in central Manado. The rooms are modern and bright with a very good standard for the area. We had lunch and breakfast in the Hotel, both was good and well prepared. Ask... More

I don't often leave reviews, and then only to recognise excellence or to spotlight extreme under performance. Having stayed frequently in manado over the last 2 years and having tested out the full range of hotel offerings in search of the best price-quality ratio, Sintesa Peninsular definitely surpasses all others. The expectation set by the grand entrance is only reinforced... More

One of the better business hotels in Manado, big rooms, includes a good selection for breakfast. Absolutely no complaint for the rate we paid. It is situated on top of a hill with large open grounds. While it provides a stunning view of the city from atop of a hill on the other hand, you need to walk up and down... More

Do yourself a favor, and click right off this page, forget this hotel even exists. Manado's only 5-star hotel, living off conference, function, corporate, agency bookings. So incredibly poorly managed, zero concern for guests other than extracted your cash for the privilege of staying here. At check in we asked (as always do) if there was internet and was told... More

The typical "international style" hotel where everything is exactly as you would expect it in any other similar hotel (including the breakfast; looks like all hotel managers and chefs come from the same school). The rooms are spacious and decent; the breakfast is ok; the staff is very polite but nobody could help fix the Internet in the room (a... More
