Asked for an extra blanket, was told to get an extra bed before i can get one, bought the extra bed and asked for ONE (yes one) extra pillow, initially the staff said NO, but after I insisted they called several people and finally given. RIDICOLOUS!

this is my second stay in this hotel. The hotel may be one of the biggest hotel in Makassar. the hotel location is quite good and there are some shops around the hotel. The hotel also clean but the twin room is small and we can not move easily while in the room

I stayed here only for one night during my business trip in Makassar. The room was cozy, the breakfast meal was delicous, but its surrounding places was not good view for tourist. This hotel is good for business purpose, instead of vacation. In Makassar area, i think Clarion Hotel is one of very few good hotels.
