“Just a average hotel with not much facilities”

Stayed there with my family and the pool is pretty ok.. Location wise is not really near town area.. Anyway, it pretty easy to travel ard in Batam.. “Clean and Fast Service”

Stayed here during CNY, they have a firework display at night. Clean rooms and staff are very friendly and courteous, though their bed are quite hard and pillow are too soft. Hot water is not that hot, just luke warm.

We stayed in a family room on the eighth floor during CNY. The master bedroom is huge with full panel windows but the common room is small. Disappointing is an understatement. There's so much this franchise can offer, but results is well under-par.
