It is a small boutique hotel located in Batam Center. Breakfast was good as was the service. Room is big with a comfortable bed and very clean. Washroom facilities are modern with complimentary toiletries. Since having stayed at this hotel at every visit, thoroughly enjoyed the massage and spa facilities at Mustika Ratu located near the hotel. There are a... More

Nothing great can be said about the room. We got a room with a spoilt toilet and there's a pillar in the middle of the room. Funny thing is that the shower and the toilet bowl are both in the same screened area. Weird! Location is another downside. Smack middle of nowhere.... so, will be needing taxi services everywhere.

Please tale my words and think twice before you stay here. What you are about to read is real. I booked for July 25th, and the initial stay was okay. So I decided to extend my stay for one more night. After a pleasant day at Batam during the day, I went to Red Crab right beside the hotel at... More

The Bathrooms are big and have rain shower. The buffet breakfast is decent for the price and has a good spread. Taxis could be hired from the... More

We were booked into this hotel by our Diving school and didn't expect much. However, we were pleasantly surprised to see that it was very decent. Rooms: The rooms are spacious and very clean. Ours smelled a bit of naphthalene but that doesn't bother me. Means no moths! Room service made our beds and cleaned the bathroom to a very... More

My husband and I made a super last minute plan to go to Batam on 13/12/14. As it was already 9pm on 12/12/14, the hotel that we normally stayed in was already fully booked. We scouted through Agoda and the best bet was Venesia hotel. We booked the deluxe room and paid around SGD$55 for the room. The next afternoon,... More
