The place is very peaceful. It is good for meditating, studying, contemplating and spending time with family. The hotel crew are polite and very accommodating. The food are very good. The room is cleaned everyday, which I like! towels are change everyday too. The pool is very good. more

There were no double bed though requested during reservation, had to join the 2 single beds even though we called housekeeping for they did not turn up. I would rave over the friendliness of the hotel staffs. There were a couple of hiccups with the aircon but the staffs were really nice and it did not dampen our spirits for a good holiday there. The resort is a short drive from the ferry terminal, and buses/vans going to the resort pick you up from the terminal when you arrive. Service is good - the people are friendly and helpful. I went to batam view beach resort during the chinese new year period.I went with my friends..four of us.We had wonderful time in batam view.The pool and jacuzzi are great.The sea not very clean though.The staffs there are quite friendly and when we request for something..they responsded very quickly.
