The hotel was elegant and big, but it was quite bored as no shopping mall nearby(walking distance). Overall is ok except for the staff in Restaurant Bamboe (one of the dining restaurant), the staffs were not friendly and is very slow.

been here twice. staff friendly , helpful and accomodating. rooms = really large and luxurious. one down thing - sink was choked. however prompt service given to fixed. restaurant food is value for money. bed is good. pillow not as fluffy anymore.
