My husband & I stayed for a night on 4 Dec 2011. The counter staff, security guards & waiters we met were very polite. The room was also very clean except the towel. The room has hair dryer, toothbrush, slippers, free mineral water, shampoo & body gel. There were cartoon & movie channels on the LCD TV too. We love... More

upon arrival, we were told that our check in time would be delayed. 2 hours later, we got the keys to our rooms only to find it a mess. The room clearly wasnt cleaned by the chamber maids as there was quite a fair amount of dust on the table. The bedsheets were unhygienic as there were some stains here... More

Opted for this hotel from our usual hotel as we wanna try a hotel in the city. Sure, it makes you feel like entering Titanic in the lobby. Check in was normal and proceed to the cabin room. Overage looking room with no carpeting. There are only 2 bedside lamps to light up the whole room. They is a study... More

Arranged a trip from 10 to 11 Dec on a weekend and was quite disappointed with the service and the rooms provided by the 4 star hotel. Booked a group trip via Planet Travel Pte Ltd, a local travel agency and requested for 6 superior rooms and 1 executive suite. On arriving, the main lobby is grand and well decorated... More

Bought trip thru Deal.com with seafood lunch, local performance, 1 day city tour. Hotel is great. We went on a Monday, so there's practically no crowd at all. Dinner provided at hotel is alacart buffet Dim Sum, consider good. Only 4 of us in the whole resturant. Serving is slow but was ok as we're really taking our own sweet... More

Was there with 6 other pax. I was served a glass of orange juice while doing registration. This is indeed an heartfelt gesture even though it's a glass of water. You just appreciated at that time when you're thrist. The buffet "dim sum" in the hotel is superb, although waitress are blurred. But they are helpful. Just wonder it might... More

Some hot dishes were cool but i did get there just before 10am (closing) The room was fantastic, on top floor had great view from the balcony. The king size bed was very comfortable. The tv... More

Was there for a 2d trip with another young couple with their toddler daughter. We were there just for a night. Both of us,ladies, did spa (foot reflex and whole body massage)...It was rather refreshing and good break to rejuvenate. Hotel serves us dinner and breakfast. Assumptious food and we were spoilt for buffet choices. Great Victorian/Greek architecture. Loved the... More
